Horror short film ‘Outside Noise’ released on streaming by Bloody Disgusting

After its 2024 London Film Festival Premiere and an award-winning festival run over the following year, Ethan Evans’s Outside Noise has found distribution through Cineverse’s horror division, Bloody Disgusting, with the short going live today on their YouTube channel. 

Outside Noise is presented by CenterFrame and was co-written by Evans and Jess Bartlett. When the sounds of a woman’s sleep ambiance nighttime podcast start blending with her reality, she suspects something may have been unleashed in her room. 

“I’m delighted to be releasing Outside Noise into the world – a bite-sized supernatural thrill ride that wouldn't have been possible without the generous family of creatives who brought it to life over an action-packed weekend,” said Evans. “Made as a proof-of-concept for a feature, the short only scratches the surface of a terrifying larger world; I’m beyond excited for what’s next for the film.”

The 8-minute film stars Bobby Rainsbury and Rowan Polonski and was produced by Terror Arcade, Bartlett and Evans’ own production company.
